About this tour

The tour to the Cerro colorado or mountain of 7 colors, proper name that the local people use to locate their territory (Vinicunca).

It is located between two provinces of Cusco (Quispicanchis and Canchis) for the beautiful views of colors that gives us this landscape because the tone of the colors is set by the storm at the moment.

Pick up at your hotel from 3:40 am. to 4:00 am.
Transfer by bus, we will leave the city of Cusco, travel time 2 hours to the community of Cusipata where we will have our breakfast.
Then we will continue for 1 hour and 30 minutes until we arrive to PHULLAWASIPATA, at the beginning of the hike which is at an altitude of 4,600 m.a.s.l. approx. From there we will start our hike through a path of easy access for an estimated time of 1 hour and 40 minutes and we will arrive to the Vincunca Mountain of Colors.
Vinicunca is located at 5,200 m.a.s.l. approx.
After enjoying the wonder that our mother nature presents us, we will return by the same route, where our transport is waiting for us, we will go for 1 hour and 40 minutes to Cusipata lunch place (same place where we had breakfast).
Later we return to Cusco, approx. 4:30 and 5:00 pm, ending at the Plaza Regocijo in the city of Cusco.
