Tour Itinerary:

Pick-up and Transfer to the Train Station
Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer you to the train station in Ollantaytambo or Poroy (depending on train availability and schedule).

Train Journey to Aguas Calientes
On board the train, you will enjoy breathtaking Andean landscapes as you get closer to the mystical citadel of Machu Picchu. You can choose between different train categories, such as Expedition, Vistadome, or the luxurious Hiram Bingham.

Arrival in Aguas Calientes and Ascent to Machu Picchu
Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, we will board a tourist bus for a 25-minute ride to the entrance of Machu Picchu.

Guided Tour of Machu Picchu
Once inside the citadel, you will take a guided tour of approximately 2.5 hours, where you will learn about the history, architecture, and mysteries of this astonishing archaeological site. You will admire temples, agricultural terraces, and the stunning views of Huayna Picchu Mountain.

Free Time and Return to Aguas Calientes
After the guided tour, you will have free time to explore on your own and take photos before returning to Aguas Calientes.

Return to Cusco
In Aguas Calientes, you can enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before boarding the return train to Ollantaytambo or Poroy. Then, our transportation will take you back to your hotel in Cusco.
